How do Life Coaching sessions work?
Life Coaching sessions are held via Zoom lasting up to 50 minutes. In these sessions, we will explore your immediate challenges through a mindfulness approach. Together we create an open platform for inquiry into whatever arises in the moment. It is an opportunity to explore the present moment experience, which is a powerful doorway into a deeper reality. Sessions may include some guided inner processes and spiritual energy work.
