What is The Circle of Now™? 

The Circle of Now™ is a practice, guided meditation, visualization, reflection, and contemplation, that connects you with your inner elegance, strength, enlightenment, wisdom, and oneness with all.   


You enter into clarity from inside Circle of Now™; you enter into clarity with yourself and your surroundings. The Circle of Now™ is where you can experience your divine perfection, make clear, non-judgmental decisions, live in the flow, and create with ease. 


As you become familiar with the practice, stepping into the Circle of Now™ becomes easier and easier. You can step into the Circle while walking, talking, writing, dancing, practicing yoga, or preparing dinner. It becomes a spiritual shield against all that is not true and all that is not truly you. The end-goal of is to live within the Circle at all times — in a state of tranquility, balance, and peace, no matter what’s happening to you or around you. 



MEDITATION SESSIONS


Learn to meditate: One-on-One meditation session 

  • Do you experience "the monkey mind" spinning thoughts of anxiety and worry? 
  • Do you have tension in your body, and it's hard to relax and become still?  


In the private sessions, you will learn: 

  • Meditation practices through inner processes, embodiment practices, body scans, breathing exercises 
  • Understanding your mind 
  • Reduce negativity,  stress and sleep better 
  • Improve your relationship with yourself and others 
  • Increased feelings of gratitude and compassion 
  • Cultivate mindfulness, clarity, and ease from within.   


Meditation is a naturally open and unfolding process that cultivates self-care in present living moments. Meditation becomes an opportunity for contemplation, awakening, and inner listening.
